Calling all SC Attorney’s:  Conservation Easements & Estate Planning CLE

USC Joseph F. Rice School of Law’s Family and Small Business Program will be hosting a Lunch & Learn on May 15, 12:00-1:15pm, 1525 Senate Street, Room 131, Columbia, SC.  Featured speakers include:  John M. Scott, Estate & Tax Attorney with Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd PA and Seth Cook, Director of Land Conservation with Pee Dee Land Trust.  The speakers will provide an overview of the conservation easement process using realistic examples of how to help clients create a family legacy that protects their land in SC.  Estate, tax and potential grant funding benefits will be covered, along with the opportunity for questions/answers.   Lunch will be provided.
